Challenge #124, May 4, 2011: Today, don’t transfer your stress to someone else, and don’t let the stress of others be transferred to you.

    This is great advice for me and something that I don’t do well with most of the time. I find that I am best at this when I am training hard for a race. Probably not due to self discipline as much as exhaustion. The challenge for me is to practice this at all times so that when the really tough days come I can remember to take a breath and stay calm.
